Ever wonder what it's like to be the lost, misplaced middle sister trying to be your own person while your older (and younger) siblings are getting all the attention?

Then this journal is the place you want to be. I'm Leslie Carter a.k.a "One of Nick and Aaron's many sisters." I, however, don't want to be just known as that. Now, don't get me wrong at all, I love my Nicky and Airboy with all my heart, and I would give my life for them.

It's just that... I want to be my own person. I want to be "Leslie Carter, singer," not "Hey you!" or "Aren't you [insert either 'Nick's' or 'Aaron's' here] sister?"

I tried a few years ago, how old was I? 14? 15, maybe. (Those awkward teen years) Did a CD for DreamWorks records called Like, Wow! and the title track to that CD was on the Shrek soundtrack. Then I faded into obscurity watching Nick and Aaron rise and fall. I've been by those boys' sides through it all: the Lindsay/Hilary scandal, the Paris scandal, Mom and Dad's divorce, Nick being an idiot and driving drunk, all of it.
